Au Gratin Potatoes

Makes Makes 12 to 15 servings.

12 md Idaho Potatoes; cooked, chilled, peeled & shredded
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Garlic salt or onion salt
2 c (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c Whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 13″x 9″x 2″ baking dish.

Mix salt, pepper and garlic salt. Layer potatoes and seasonings in pan. Sprinkle with cheese; pour cream over. Bake 1 hour or until golden.
