2 lb Idaho Potatoes; peeled, finely grated and drained
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 tb Grated Onion
2 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking powder
Oil for frying
Combine all ingredients; fry in hot oil until browned on both sides, flattening as needed.
