Our staff and quality controllers inspect and grade each potato with no less than 5 inspections throughout the packing process. Daily, weekly, and monthly walk-throughs to examine every aspect of our production facility, and multiple employee training sessions to ensure the best quality. Our potatoes are inspected by the USDA to ensure GPOD products live up to the uncompromising standard of Idaho's top quality Russet Burbank potato.

Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)
According to the U.S. Food & Drug Association, the Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point program determines if "food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product."
