Each season, we have an outside quality audit done by the American Institute of Baking (AIB). This in-depth audit covers every aspect of food safety and quality. We have always scored an excellent to superior rating.
We are also involved in the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program. This program identifies possible future problems and corrects them before they become an impediment to quality.

For more than 40 years, we have worked with our farmers to establish good agricultural practices while carefully and consistently sampling our crops throughout the growing season and during storage.
At GPOD, potatoes are sized and graded by our trained employees at more than five inspection points before reaching the final inspection by the USDA.
Monthly walk-through inspections examine everything from the lunchroom to maintenance, work flow, and employee training.
