Fanned Baked Potatoes


4 medium GPOD Russet Burbank potatoes
1/2 cup Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese

PREHEAT oven to 425°F. Partially cut potatoes into thin slices, being careful to not cut all of the way through each potato.
PLACE, cut sides up, in 13×9-inch baking pan. Fan potatoes slightly. Drizzle with dressing, making certain potatoes are evenly coated.
BAKE 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
