Mushroom Fried Potatoes

MAKES

4 large GPOD Russet Burbank potatoes
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
2 cups mushrooms
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Wash and slice (thin) the potatoes.
In a skillet, heat the cooking oil.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Add mushrooms, onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook until ready.
